Kickoff session
In a 60-90 minute session, we define the one key feature of your prototype, and how long it will take to build it.

Build (together)
Over 2-6 focused sprint days, I build (or help your team build) a working AI prototype with documentation. You provide test data and feedback.

Handover & support
Live demo and handover session with your team. You get the source code. I keep fixing bugs for 2 weeks.

semantics.fun
AI word game exploring AI biases
Challenge: People hear about AI bias but have no intuitive way to experience how language models think about word relationships.
Built: An interactive online game where players compare their semantic intuition with an AI language model, exploring biases through word analogies.
Outcome: Used in AI literacy workshops and educational settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
That works. If you have developers, I help them think through architecture and pick the right tools. If you have technically inclined people who aren't coders, I can guide them through automation platforms. And if nobody on your team is technical at all, I simply build the prototype myself.
Typical sprints are 2-6 days of focused build time. Add a 60-90 minute kickoff session before and a handover session after. Most projects go from first call to working prototype within 2-3 weeks.
We start with AI applications that avoid the most common risks. We work with non-sensitive data, on non-critical processes, and access to your team only. The prototype lets you test safely before scaling.
You own the source code. Scale it, extend it, or use it as a pilot to justify further investment. I include 2 weeks of post-delivery bug fixes. After that, you can continue independently or book additional sprint days.
Yes. I'm based in Berlin but work with organizations everywhere. Kickoff and handover sessions are remote-friendly, build work happens asynchronously with regular check-ins. I work in English and German.
